ARTICLE 1 - CHAMP D’APPLICATION
These general conditions apply to any subscription by any customer, natural person or legal entity (hereinafter the “Renter”) to a subscription, reservation and/or rental contract for a vehicle with TURISMO S.A. (hereinafter the “Lessor”).
ARTICLE 2 – THE SUBSCRIPTION CONTRACT
The services provided by the Lessor are reserved for its subscribers and are therefore subject to the prior signing of a subscription contract.
2.1 The subscriber
The subscriber is a natural or legal person who has met the required conditions (Know Your Customer “KYC” documentation, solvency, legal age,etc.) by the Lessor to be able to benefit from its vehicle rental and reservation services, and any other related services (hereinafter “the Subscriber”).
The status of Subscriber is subject to strict compliance with the provisions of these general conditions and the subscription contract may be withdrawn at any time by the Lessor.
2.2 Subscription offers
The Lessor offers three types of subscription taken out on an annual basis:
The TURISMO SINGLE subscription:
- Provides access to a single vehicle chosen in advance by the Tenant.
- Offers the possibility of choosing a duration among those proposed by the Lessor and mileage included
- Offers a shareable subscription, up to two regular drivers can benefit from it, subject to specific criteria set by the Lessor.
The TURISMO PLUS subscription:
- Provides access to category 1 and 2 vehicles
- Offers the possibility of changing vehicles up to four (4) times per year.
- Offers total flexibility,possibility of not taking out a rental / not consuming and no longer paying any monthly rental payments during this suspension period.
- Offers a shareable subscription, up to two regular drivers can benefit from it, subject to specific criteria set by the Lessor.
The TURISMO ONE subscription
- Gives access to all categories of vehicles offered by the Lessor (1 to 6)
- Offers the possibility of changing vehicles as many times as desired, depending on availability.
- Offers complete flexibility, with the ability to pause your subscription and not have to pay anything during this suspension period.
- Offers a shareable subscription, with up to two regular drivers able to benefit.
2.3 The effective date of the subscription contract
The subscription contract takes effect on the date of its signature.On this date, the activation fees as well as the monthly fees (in the case of a multi-vehicle subscription),which vary depending on the subscription level chosen, are payable and non-refundable after the end of the withdrawal period mentioned in point 2.5.
2.4 Due date of subscription fees
2.4.1 Activation Fees
The subscription activation fee is payable when the subscription contract is signed. In the event of early termination of a Plus or One subscription, if the tenant decides to resubscribe to one of these subscriptions, the activation fee will be payable again.
2.4.2 Due date of monthly fees for Plus and One subscriptions
Monthly fees for Plus and One subscriptions are due on the subscription contract date and are automatically renewed each month on the same date. The tenant agrees to ensure the continuity of monthly payments and to ensure the availability of funds in the account or card designated for the debit.
2.5 Withdrawal
The tenant, a natural person, has 14 days from the date of signing the subscription contract to withdraw by registered letter with acknowledgement of receipt and cancel their subscription in writing without charge.
However, the amount of the activation fee and the monthly fee (in the case of a multi-vehicle subscription) paid will only be reimbursed if no vehicle reservation has been made on the basis of the subscription taken out.
